Electric vortex compressor assembly line
The types applicable to the high-quality electronic compressor series include ：24cc、30cc、45cc、60cc。
The replacement time for this production line is 15 minutes for each type, which is very flexible for both operators and managers.
The electronic compressor production line can use SIEMENS/ORMON PLC to ensure the efficiency of GOUP and the implementation of MES system.
Air conditioning assembly line
High quality automation has rich experience in the automatic and manual assembly processes of BMW/VOLVO/SAIC, with over 30 workstations, high flexibility, and complete process development experience.
Integrated module assembly line
This production line includes 5 sub assembly lines/modules, with a high degree of automation.
There are two types of integrated modules that can be produced on this production line. Considering that the customer may change the design, most of the sub assemblies can be isolated to the main line.
